Warranty
Ariat guarantees its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. If you believe you have purchased a defective Ariat product, please follow the specific guidelines below, depending upon where the product was purchased.
Our Warranty Policy: Just Country Australia Pty Ltd will replace or credit faulty items that are within 12 months warranty from purchase date where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect. Your item may need to be returned and inspected. Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Warranty on Ariat products purchased from ariat.co.nz
If you purchased product from ariat.co.nz and you have a warranty issue, please fill out the Returns form and pick faulty as the reason for return.
Warranty on Ariat products purchased from distributors (stores or online)
If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased through one of our stockists, contact the Ariat stockist where the product was purchased. Make sure to have your original receipt with you. Upon inspection from your Ariat authorized retailer, consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
Warranty claims on products purchased outside New Zealand and Australia
Contact the Ariat customer service team in that country of purchase. Go to Ariat International for the appropriate contact.
